You spent all summer planning out your play, and you are in the thick of the game!
As the intensity of the 2020-21 school year hits us all, we wanted to provide you with a selection of resources on something a little lighter—sports!

Why We Do What We Do

In my opinion, the biggest similarity between sports and education is the importance of mindset. At the simplest level, to achieve both objectives, the primary thing you need is the belief that you can.
Evidence shows that participation on a sports team can do wonders for your mental health and well-being. Teamwork, stress management, focus, leadership, even improved sleep are all benefits of participation in a sports team.
Since most team sports are struggling to operate in the face of COVID-19, how can you encourage your students towards these benefits in other ways?
